Key Responsibilities :
Assessment and Analysis : Conduct functional behavior assessments (FBAs) to identify the root causes of challenging behaviors and develop targeted intervention plans.
Behavior Intervention Plans : Design, implement, and monitor individualized behavior intervention plans (BIPs) that promote positive behavior and skill acquisition.
Collaboration : Work closely with teachers, therapists, and families to ensure consistency in behavior support strategies across environments.
Training and Support : Provide training and ongoing support to staff and caregivers on behavior management techniques and data collection methods.
Data Collection and Reporting : Monitor and analyze data to evaluate the effectiveness of interventions and make data-driven decisions for program adjustments.
Advocacy : Advocate for the needs of individuals with behavioral challenges, promoting understanding and awareness within the munity.
Qualifications :
Education : Masters degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Special Education, or a related field from an accredited institution.
Certification : Valid BCBA certification is required.
Experience : Prior experience working as a BCBA, particularly in educational or clinical settings, is highly desirable.
Skills : Excellent munication, analytical, and interpersonal skills. Ability to build strong relationships with clients, families, and team members.
