As part of our team, you will provide personalized care to patients in a rewarding environment that promotes autonomy. If you are a Registered Nurse with one year of experience and a valid CT RN license, join us in our mission to provide quality hospice and palliative care to our patients at home.
Qualifications :
- Registered Nurse with Valid CT RN license
- One year of RN experience; Homecare or Hospice experience preferred
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required
- Computer proficiency required
