Job Description
- Oversee the entire construction process from conception to completion, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, subcontractors, and vendors to facilitate smooth project execution and resolve any issues that arise.
- Manage project documentation, including contracts, permits, and progress reports, to keep stakeholders informed and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Implement and enforce safety protocols and regulations to maintain a secure working environment for all personnel on site.
- Communicate effectively with clients and stakeholders to address concerns, provide updates, and ensure alignment with project objectives and expectations.

The Successful Applicant
- Possesses a Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field, providing a solid foundation in construction principles and project management methodologies.
- Demonstrates a track record of successfully managing commercial construction projects preferably in interior, municipal or multifamily, showcasing expertise in overseeing complex builds from inception to completion.
- Exhibits strong leadership and communication skills, able to effectively collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, stakeholders, and regulatory bodies to ensure project success and compliance with standards.
- Shows proficiency in project management tools and software, adept at scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation to optimize project outcomes while adhering to strict timelines and budgets.
- Displays a commitment to safety, quality, and client satisfaction, with a keen attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving in a dynamic construction environment.
