Reporting to : Sr Manager Business Intelligence
The Business Intelligence Coordinator will be responsible for coordinating and maintaining all customer master data elements for our restaurant, convenience, and managed service customers supporting the FSS (Food Service Solutions) Field Sales Organization.
This position will be the primary contact point for the FSS Customer teams to ensure the accounts are successfully tracked.
Accountabilities (100% of the time)Master Data + Customer Universe Maintenance
- Partnering with the sales team will be imperative for customer connectivity and accuracy.
- Owning set up and maintenance of new customers across all platforms (SAP, Salesforce, Vistex).
- Regularly maintain and audit customer and sales team hierarchies.
- Customer List Management includes Managed Services accounts + Franchise partners for restaurants.
- Reaching out to customer partners to get franchisee information or track down any accounts where clarity of ownership or proof of validation is needed.
Administrative
- Support sales team and analyst with reporting needs to support the National Account Executives.
- Troubleshoot any in-house system issues and seek resolution from the technical team.
- Work with CTA (Customer Trade Accounting) to ensure payment to appropriate customer lists.
- Excel database maintenance of customer universes including but not limited to franchisees, Non-Commercial outlets, etc.
- Collaboration with BI and other support partners to ensure we have the latest universe of customer databases.
