As representatives of Nandail Property Management, you'll provide exceptional maintenance and repair services, ensuring the functionality and safety of residential and commercial properties.
Designated Jobs : 1. Handyman : - Perform a variety of maintenance and repair tasks for both residential and commercial properties.
- Carpentry, painting, drywall repair, and general handyman duties. - Troubleshoot and fix minor plumbing and electrical issues.
- Adhere to safety protocols and maintain a clean working environment. 2. Electrician : *(Certified or Licensed)* - Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems in residential and commercial properties.
- Troubleshoot electrical problems and perform necessary repairs. - Ensure compliance with electrical codes and regulations for safety and quality.
- Communicate effectively with clients and provide excellent customer service. 3. Plumbing : (Certified or Licensed) - Conduct plumbing installations, repairs, and maintenance for residential and commercial properties.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot plumbing issues, such as leaks, clogs, and faulty fixtures. - Adhere to plumbing codes and regulations to ensure compliance and safety.
- Provide cost estimates for plumbing projects and communicate effectively with clients. 4. HVAC Technician : (Certified or Licensed) - Install, troubleshoot, and repair heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems.
- Conduct routine maintenance to optimize HVAC system performance and efficiency. - Test and calibrate HVAC components to ensure proper functionality.
- Respond to emergency HVAC service calls and address issues promptly. - Maintain accurate records of HVAC maintenance and repairs.
