Job Objective / Summary : This mission critical position is responsible for maintaining Lawrence Healthcare departments / buildings by keeping the building and grounds in repair, running courier service, installing new equipment, repairs and plumbing and electrical work.

Work involves some bio-medical, and preventive maintenance.

Job Education, Licenses / Certifications, Knowledge & Experience : A high school degree or equivalent is preferred. Maintenance experience preferred, but not required.
