Neighborhood Insurance Agency in Santa Ana, CA, is searching for a bilingual specialist fluent in Spanish and English to provide exceptional support to our dynamic team.
This role offers an exciting opportunity to work directly with the agency team leader and become an integral part of our award-winning company culture.
If you are highly motivated, enthusiastic, and thrive in a fast-paced environment, we want to hear from you! You do not need to be P & C licensed but if you are that is a great plus.
Key Responsibilities :
- Assist team members with day-to-day tasks
- Provide exceptional customer service in both Spanish and English
- Maintain organized records and documentation
- Utilize technology and computer skills to streamline processes
- Embrace our forward-thinking culture with a can-do attitude
Qualifications :
- Fluency in Spanish and English is a must
- Strong administrative skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work well in a team-oriented environment
- Proficient with technology and computer literate
- P&C license preferred, but not required; we will support your licensing and ongoing education
