Chick-fil-A, Inc., Founder S. Truett Cathy started the business in 1946, when he and his brother, Ben, opened an Atlanta diner known as The Dwarf Grill (later renamed The Dwarf House®).
Through the years, that restaurant prospered and led Cathy to further the success of his business. In 1967, Cathy founded and opened the first Chick-fil-A restaurant in Atlanta's Greenbriar Shopping Center.

Job Description
- Work in various hospitality areas : Front Counter, Register, iPOS, Drive-Thru, Dining Room.
- Provide exceptional service that aligns with Chick-fil-A standards and core values, which are : Customer First, Personal Excellence, Continuous Improvement, Working Together, and Stewardship.
- Know the Winning Hearts Everyday Strategy and how the strategy relates to your daily role.
- Exhibit knowledge of products, services, and sales promotions offered to assist customers and team members.
- Demonstrate the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment while providing a quality product and excellent customer service at all times.
- Possess the drive and enthusiasm to complete customers’ orders in a timely manner and provide exceptional customer service in a team environment.
- Handle guest complaints with a willingness to serve and rectify the issue.
- Demonstrate the ability to be self-motivated and strive for new opportunities for growth and learning within our organization.
- Partner with the leadership team and the Owner / Operator to meet and exceed customer service expectations.
- Perform cleaning and organizational duties as needed.
- Maintain a calm demeanor, especially during periods of high volume, to preserve a positive work environment and a hospitable experience for our guests.
Pay Rate
Starting rate at $20.25 with opportunity for increase to Team Member rate of $20.50 following successful completion of new hire training program
