Responsibilities

Functional Description :

The Business Analyst role profile consists of -

• Uses knowledge of business processes to analyze options, define requirements, and create functional designs for technology solutions to business problems.
• Responsible for connecting the business needs with the technical teams to provide them the requirements.
• Responsible for working closely with business partners to document business requirements and write user stories
• Utilize dashboard tools like Tableau and PowerBI.

The Project Coordination role profile consists of -

• Plans and manages the delivery of technology projects.
• Using the latest agile / scrum methodologies, you will have the opportunity to utilize tools like Azure DevOps and Tableau / PowerBI.

Technical Skills

Understanding and usage of tools used during requirements gathering including full Microsoft Office Suite

Take note : While final work placement will be in one of the following two locations, no specific location is guaranteed pre-offer.

Actual working location will be determined and identified at the point of offer.

Compensation & Benefits :

• The expected compensation hourly pay ranges for hires into our 2025 campus intern openings is $21.50 - $54 / hour
• Role, degree discipline, degree level, and location are part of the process when determining actual starting salary for positions.
• Hourly pay for our campus hires is pre-determined and non-negotiable.

Qualifications

What we're looking for :

• Currently pursuing a degree in : Business Administration, Business Information Systems, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Engineering, Finance, Information Systems, MIS or Software Engineering (other related majors may be considered)
• Minimum GPA 3.0
• Technology related experience a plus
• Ability to learn new technologies and processes information quickly
• Ability to adapt to changes in timelines and sequences
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to participate in ten or twelve-week internship program May - August

Minimum Qualifications - Each candidate is expected to :

• This position is limited to persons with indefinite right to work in the United States.
• Graduate with bachelor's or master's degree within one (1) year of internship completion
