Blue Yonder Job Title : Sr. Product Marketing Manager - Services & SustainabilitySynonymous Job Title : Sr. Product Marketing ManagerLocation : US- RemoteOverview : Blue Yonder is looking for a dynamic product marketer with a deep understanding of SaaS services marketing and a passion for supply chain management to help accelerate its leadership in supply chain transformation.

This is a strategic, high-impact role responsible for building awareness and understanding of Blue Yonder's services portfolio and how they accelerate time to value.

Given the importance of services in designing supply chains to meet corporate and regulatory sustainability goals, this role will also drive marketing for sustainability.

Scope : In this role you will work closely with peers in marketing, product management and enablement to craft the content, positioning and creative go-to-market strategies that ensure customers achieve the best possible experience and outcomes when partnering with Blue Yonder.

What you will do : Work with services leaders to define outcome-oriented messaging and content for our services portfolio that can be used in sales, awareness and demand generation.

Collaborate with product and services teams to craft content and messaging that demonstrate how Blue Yonder can help customers realize sustainability goals sooner.

Partner with marketing and enablement teams to include services and sustainability within new product introduction effort so customers realize the best experience possible.

Partner with marketing, sales and industry leaders to map services packages to retail and manufacturing solutions so services are presented in the voice of the customer.

Work closely with sales and service leaders to understand where and why customers churn and design service strategies to reduce likelihood of ongoing churn.

What we are looking for : Bachelor's Degree preferred, preferably in marketing or a hi-tech field

5+ years of marketing experience

3+ years of services marketing experience preferably on SaaS solutions

Experience with and understanding of supply chain software

Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to business audiences in simple, compelling English

Proven track record partnering with and leading cross-functional teams to plan and execute product launches as well as go-to-market programs.

Experience defining and measuring how marketing efforts support business goals

Strong internal communicator and collaborator

LI-REMOTE The salary range for this position is $120,335.00 to $151,665.00 USDThe salary range information provided, reflects the anticipated base salary range for this position based on current national data.

Minimums and maximums may vary based on location. Individual salary will be commensurate with skills, experience, certifications or licenses and other relevant factors.

In addition, this role will be eligible to participate in either the annual performance bonus or commission program, determined by the nature of the position.
