Title : Regional Human Resources Director
Duration : Full-Time
Company HQ : Irving, TX
Please note : you must be located close to Irving, TX, or somewhere along the east coast with immediate access to a national airport.
In this role, you will travel extensively to over 45 locations across the East Coast.
As the Regional HR Director , you will :
- Oversee all aspects of human resources and employee relations.
- Collaborate closely with the recruiting team to drive talent acquisition and retention.
- Play a key role in supporting union labor relations and promoting a people-centric culture.
- Conduct training at all levels of the organization.
- Partner with operations, payroll, and legal teams to ensure compliance with employment regulations and meet company objectives.
- Thrive in a fast-paced environment that requires extensive travel.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Psychology, or a related field.
- 10+ years of HR management experience, including overseeing a workforce of over 3,000 employees.
- Union labor relations and negotiation experience required.
- 7+ years in a Director-level or National HR Management role.
- Expert knowledge of employment regulations (FMLA, ADA, EEOC, etc.).
- Exceptional communication skills and the ability to engage across all levels of the organization.
- Proven ability to handle and protect sensitive and confidential information.
- Strong prioritization skills with the ability to pivot as company needs change.
