Title : Regional Human Resources Director

Duration : Full-Time

Company HQ : Irving, TX

Please note : you must be located close to Irving, TX, or somewhere along the east coast with immediate access to a national airport.

In this role, you will travel extensively to over 45 locations across the East Coast.

As the Regional HR Director , you will :

  • Oversee all aspects of human resources and employee relations.
  • Collaborate closely with the recruiting team to drive talent acquisition and retention.
  • Play a key role in supporting union labor relations and promoting a people-centric culture.
  • Conduct training at all levels of the organization.
  • Partner with operations, payroll, and legal teams to ensure compliance with employment regulations and meet company objectives.
  • Thrive in a fast-paced environment that requires extensive travel.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Psychology, or a related field.
  • 10+ years of HR management experience, including overseeing a workforce of over 3,000 employees.
  • Union labor relations and negotiation experience required.
  • 7+ years in a Director-level or National HR Management role.
  • Expert knowledge of employment regulations (FMLA, ADA, EEOC, etc.).
  • Exceptional communication skills and the ability to engage across all levels of the organization.
  • Proven ability to handle and protect sensitive and confidential information.
  • Strong prioritization skills with the ability to pivot as company needs change.
