Compensation :
$85,000 - $175,000 yearly
Responsibilities :
- Generate leads for potential clients
- Attend training sessions to enhance real estate knowledge and skills
- Follow up on leads until appointments are scheduled with either a listing or buyer’s agent
- Communicate regularly with homebuyers via phone calls and emails to maintain relationships and ensure brand recall
- Produce monthly and quarterly sales reports to track team progress toward company goals
- Manage sales inquiries from qualified leads and successfully convert them into new clients
- Utilize CRM system to maintain accurate and up-to-date customer information for agents
- Schedule appointments and conduct them efficiently
Qualifications :
- To be considered for this position as an Entry Level Real Estate Sales Agent you must possess a valid Real Estate License or the motivation to get one
- Prior experience in sales is required for this role
- Strong communication skills are essential for effective client interactions
- The role offers commission opportunities as part of the compensation package
- Additionally, having a valid Driver's License is a mandatory requirement
