- Join a team of physicians and advance practice providers supported by clinic support staff
- Monday through Friday 8 am - 5 pm
- Rotate between 3 nursing homes
- Call schedule requirement : 5 days per month including weekends, call handled by phone
- Average of 10 patients per day
