GRAPHIC DESIGNER

We are looking for a Graphic Designer who is responsible for creating visually compelling and effective designs across various media platforms.

This role involves working closely with marketing, branding, and content teams to produce high-quality graphics that align with the company's brand and marketing objectives.

The ideal candidate will have a strong creative flair, excellent design skills, and the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.

Key Responsibilities :

• Design and Development :
• Create and design various materials for print and digital collateral.
• Develop and design layouts, including advertisements, brochures, logos, websites, social media graphics, and other marketing materials.
• Ensure projects are completed with high quality and on schedule.
• Brand Consistency :
• Maintain and ensure consistent branding across all materials and platforms.
• Follow brand guidelines to create cohesive designs that reflect the company’s identity.
• Collaboration :
• Work collaboratively with the marketing team and other departments to understand project scope and objectives.
• Communicate with external printers and vendors to ensure the quality and accuracy of printed materials.
• Innovation and Creativity :
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to bring fresh and innovative ideas to the table.
• Experiment with new techniques and software to continually improve design processes.
• Project Management :
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines.
• Provide regular updates on project status to stakeholders and ensure alignment with project goals.
• Technical Skills :
• Use design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) to create high-quality designs.
• Prepare and optimize graphics for both web and print.
• Client Interaction :
• Interact with clients to understand their requirements and provide design solutions that meet their needs.
• Present design concepts and ideas to clients and make revisions based on feedback.

Qualifications :

• Proven experience as a Graphic Designer or in a similar role.
• Proficiency in design software, particularly Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
• Strong portfolio showcasing a range of creative projects.
• Excellent visual design skills with a keen eye for detail.
• Strong understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout techniques.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
