Lead the accounting and financial reporting activities (including monthly / quarterly / annual financial / SOX audits) of AHM’s Product Segment in accordance with IFRS / US GAAP / SOX.
Key Accountabilities
Manage, oversee, and review AHM financial reporting close activities and resulting
account analyses AHM Product Segment, which includes all accounting
transactions / activities and financial schedules / reports for Auto, PSP, PE, and Parts
- Prepare and / or review, and present account analyses to management
- Implement new accounting standards / modify existing reporting in accordance with
IFRS
Participate and / or lead special or non-recurring projects (such as NA Finance working
groups)
Coordinate AHM quarterly / annual financial audit (including SOX compliance)
Qualifications, Experience, and Skills
- BACHELOR’S DEGREE IN ACCOUNTING AND / OR FINANCE
- 10+ years in Accounting / Finance function with experience in
distribution / manufacturing industries
- Public accounting experience, preferred
- Management / supervisory experience
- Experience in multi-national company a plus
- Strong communication skills (verbal and written)
- Proficiency in Microsoft applications (excel, PPT)
- CPA preferred
