Your Role as an RN / LPN

As a Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) at Better Home Care, you’ll help patients live safely and comfortably at home. You’ll provide skilled nursing care, build meaningful relationships, and make a daily impact — all while enjoying the flexibility to balance your work and personal life.

Who We’re Looking For

Must-Haves :

✅ Active RN or LPN license in Pennsylvania

✅ Experience with tracheostomy and vent care in a home care setting is a must

✅ Knowledge of infection control and safety best practices
