- Medical / Surgical 8th Floor - 12 hr NOCS - ThedaCare Appleton - Appleton, WI
- Start Date : ASAP
- Guaranteed Hours Per Week : 36
- Shift Requirements : 12hr NOCs
- Start time : 530p
- Weekend : Every other
- Holiday Requirements : As needed
- Float Requirements : Throughout facility within skillset
- Minimum Experience Required : 3+ years experience as an RN REQUIRED
- Travel experience - highly preferred
- Charting Experience : EPIC experience within the last 2 years REQUIRED
- Scrub Colors : Black
- Primary Cases : CHF, COPD, pneumonia, sepsis, CIWA, cellulitis - Potential for Wound management, pulmonary interventions, neuro checks, chest tubes, cardiac dysrhythmias, stable drips
- Patient Ratio : Days 1 : 4-5; Nights 1 : 4-6 (current), Days & Nights 1 : 5-6 (with new staffing model- team with CNA / LPN)
Job Requirements

Schedule Information
- Contract length : 13 weeks
- Guaranteed Hours Per Week : 36

- any missed shift must be made up within 2 weeks of the absence
- Start time : 530p

Unit Specific Information

- GSA hours are not guaranteed the week of Orientation. Traveler is guaranteed set hours per week, except during holidays where unit is closed.
