Our company is currently seeking a Bookkeeper / Administrative Assistant to join our team! You will be responsible for preparing and examining financial records for our clients.
Responsibilities :
- Data entry tax preparer
- Bookkeeping in Quickbooks Online
- Financial statement preparation
- Prepare and send financial information to clients
- In charge of payroll-entering and adding and terminating employees
- Prepare and file sales tax for our clients
- Answer phones and send out mailings and assist during the busy tax season
Qualifications :
- Previous experience in accounting, finance, or other related fields
- Attention to detail
- Must have PTIN
- Strong organizational and customer service skills
- Quickbooks and excel experience a must
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Company reserves the right to add or change duties at any time
