Job Duties :
- Conduct legal research and analysis on complex commercial litigation matters.
- Draft pleadings, motions, briefs, and other legal documents.
- Manage discovery processes, including document review and production.
- Prepare for and participate in depositions, hearings, and trials.
- Collaborate with partners and senior associates on case strategy and client communication.
- Assist in negotiations and settlements.
Requirements :
- Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.
- Admission to the Georgia State Bar (active and in good standing).
- 3-5 years of experience in complex commercial litigation and class actions.
- Strong research, analytical, and writing skills.
- Excellent oral advocacy and presentation skills.
- Ability to manage multiple deadlines and prioritize tasks efficiently.
Education :
Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.
Certifications :
Admission to the Georgia State Bar.
Skills :
- Proficiency in legal research databases such as LexisNexis and Westlaw.
- Experience with e-discovery tools and platforms.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in work product.
