Vice President - Investment Banking - Los Angeles Generalist (Financial Sponsors, Industrial Services, Gaming, Lodging, and Leisure)Country : United States of America

Essential Functions / Responsibility Statements :

Provides support to senior bankers.

Develop client presentation materials, including all background research, analysis and drafting.

Familiarity with financial models and other financial analysis.

Performing detailed valuation analysis, including discounted cash flow, trading comparables, transaction comparables and LBO analysis.

Assist senior bankers on client coverage initiatives.

Support product partners and monitor entire execution process for transactions ensuring timely execution to meet client expectations.

Work closely and help train associates and analysts.

Adheres to compliance procedures and internal / operational risk controls in accordance with any and all applicable regulatory standards, requirements and policies.

Education :

Bachelor's Degree, or equivalent degree and / or equivalent work experience, in Finance, Business, or a related field.

Master’s degree or MBA (Preferred).

Work Experience :

Experience in Financial Sponsors, Industrial Services, and / or Gaming, Lodging, and Leisure Investment Banking (Bachelor’s degree and + years of experience or MBA / Master’s and + years of experience).

Skills and Abilities :

Demonstrated knowledge of corporate finance and investment banking products, with a preference to experience in Leveraged Finance and M&A.

Expert knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint with advanced financial modeling skills.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to coordinate and lead multiple deal teams.

Team player and self starter.
