What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)
- Support and maintain the HRIS system, ensuring data integrity and compliance
- Provide technical support and troubleshoot issues for quick resolution
- Collaborate with HRIS Manager and business partners to identify system improvements
- Compile and generate data reports and summaries for leadership and team members
- Develop user procedures, guides, and manuals for HRIS system
What Is Required (Qualifications)
- Degree or diploma in systems or HR-related field
- Experience in HRIS setup, support, data management, and reporting
- Strong knowledge of ADP Workforce Now preferred
- Proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
