ABOUT THE POSITION

Providers best suited to join Wellity Health enjoy a dynamic, supportive environment allowing them to focus their time on providing direct clinical work instead dealing with the isolation and administrative aspects of working independently.

We have eliminated many of the barriers to care that disproportionately impact the most vulnerable in our communities, allowing them to get high quality care they need in an environment they can trust.

Responsibilities

  • Provide initial evaluations and ongoing medication management with brief supportive therapy for patients as part of the remote team
  • 60-minute intakes, and 15-30-minute follow-ups
  • Collaborate with other clinicians and professionals in an interdisciplinary approach to provide holistic care
  • Maintain a flexible schedule, with no on-call responsibilities
  • Create timely comprehensive patient assessments / intakes and progress notes.
  • Treatment planning
  • Complete documentation in compliance with clinical and state requirements
  • Proficiency, or a strong interest in working with people of color / multi-cultural therapy, LGBTQIA+, eating disorders.
  • An interest in creating, contributing to, and / or conducting groups, workshops, blogs, or other written material.

Qualifications :

  • Valid PMHNP certificate in CA
  • Minimum one year experience within psychiatry
  • Valid DEA certificate, CDS (where applicable) and / or other required licensure / certifications / CE
  • ANCC Board Certification (PMHNP)
  • No active malpractice investigations.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
  • Willingness to work in a fast-moving, high-growth work setting
  • Child and Adolescent experience is preferred
  • Bilingual Spanish preferred, but not required

The pay range for this role is :

180,000 - 220,000 USD per year(Burlingame)
