Intermediate Care Unit RN - Float Pool\n\n

Job Description\n

The Intermediate Care Unit RN is responsible for providing high-quality nursing care to patients within the Float Pool. This role encompasses a diverse patient population including Med / Surg, Progressive Care Unit (PCU), and Intensive Care Unit (ICU). The expected nurse-to-patient ratio is 1 : 3. Nursing staff may be floated to other stepdown and Med / Surg units as necessary but will not typically float to other critical care environments.
