Job Title : Senior ETL Developer

Position Summary :
Seeking an experienced Senior ETL Developer to lead data transformation efforts within the Talend Data Fabric environment.
This role involves migrating an existing ETL system to Talend, working closely with team members to ensure data quality, and supporting the Data Operations and Technology unit from project initiation through completion.
Responsibilities :
- Develop new ETL processes using Talend Data Fabric.
- Extract, transform, and load data from sources like Snowflake, PostgreSQL, and SQL Server.
- Design and implement database tables with appropriate constraints.
- Collaborate on data retrieval methods and transformation logic using ETL tools and scripting (SQL, Python, etc.).
- Ensure data quality and troubleshoot for data integrity.
Qualifications :
- 5+ years of experience with Talend Data Fabric, including ETL, ESB, and MDM.
- 3+ years in database / ETL development, preferably in health data settings.
- Proficiency in cloud technologies (Azure / AWS), Microsoft DevOps Git, Snowflake, PostgreSQL, and SQL Server.
- Knowledge of HIPAA policies and handling PII / PHI data.
- Strong independent working skills, able to manage priorities and meet deadlines.
