Key Responsibilities :

  • Manage and maintain Active Directory, ensuring secure and efficient user management and authentication processes.
  • Oversee the administration and optimization of Office 365, including Exchange, SharePoint, Teams, and related services.
  • Lead the management and virtualization efforts using VMware, ensuring high availability and scalability of the IT infrastructure.
  • Implement and manage Intune for device management, ensuring compliance with security policies.
  • Manage and optimize SQL databases, ensuring data integrity, performance, and security.
  • Oversee the deployment, customization, and maintenance of ERP systems to support business operations.
  • Develop and enforce IT policies, procedures, and standards to ensure the security and efficiency of IT operations.
  • Lead a team of IT professionals, providing guidance, mentoring, and performance management.
  • Collaborate with other departments to understand their IT needs and develop solutions to meet those needs.
  • Manage vendor relationships and contracts, ensuring cost-effective procurement and support of IT services and products.
  • Ensure business continuity and disaster recovery plans are in place and regularly tested.
  • Stay current with emerging technologies and industry trends, recommending and implementing improvements as needed.

Qualifications :

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • 5+ years of experience in IT management or a similar role.
  • Extensive experience with Active Directory, Office 365, VMware, Intune, SQL, and ERP systems.
  • Strong understanding of network architecture, security practices, and IT infrastructure management.
  • Proven experience in managing IT teams and projects, with excellent leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to troubleshoot complex IT issues and provide effective solutions.
  • Experience with IT policy development and implementation.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
