A level 2 Trauma Center with an open ICU is seeking a hospitalist nurse practitioner for locum tenens coverage.
The facility is located north of Houston, TX.
The schedule is 7 days on, followed by 7 days off. The team consists of 5 physicians and 2 Advanced Practice Providers (APPs) working from 7 AM to 7 PM, 1 physician covering a swing shift from 10 AM to 10 PM, and 1 physician along with 1 APP working as nocturnists from 7 PM to 7 AM.
There are no on-call responsibilities. The position requires Board Eligible / Board Certified (BE / BC) in Internal Medicine (IM) or Family Medicine (FM).
