A company is looking for a Behavioral Health Clinical Liaison to serve as a liaison for external groups and providers regarding clinical information related to behavioral health and substance use.
Key ResponsibilitiesAssess and review member clinical records and services related to behavioral healthPartner with internal and external departments for provider education and outreachImplement and manage procedures for tracking and resolving operational issuesRequired Qualifications, Training, and EducationMaster's degree in Social Work or Behavioral Health or equivalent nursing degree4-6 years of experience in behavioral health outpatient careExperience with treatment plans related to mental health and substance abuseLicensed as LCSW, LMHC, LPC, LMFT, LMHP, or RN in MichiganExperience in managed care, case management, or quality improvement
