Base salary $13.25 per hour ($28,080 / year)
Commission $12,000 - $32,000+ / year
- Training rate of $15.00 / hr ( First 60 days )
- Top earners make $8K - $10K in commission per month

What You'll Do :
As an Outbound Sales Representative, this role requires a unique blend of sales, customer service and tech skills. You will guide customers through thorough product selection, manage customer service issues, and forge strong supplier and customer relationships.
Your day-to-day will include :
- Connect with eager prospects through outbound outreach no cold calling
- Meet daily and monthly customer contact goals
- Consistently close warm sales after identifying customer needs and providing the appropriate product and service recommendations
- Making outbound phone calls to warm leads
- Utilizing your communication skills to engage and persuade customers
- Managing customer relationships using CRM software
- Achieving and exceeding sales targets through dedication and hard work
Shift :
Training : Monday - Friday 8 : 00 am - 2 : 30 pm PST
Work Hours : Monday - Sunday 6 : 00 am - 6 : 00 pm PST

- CRM Proficiency : Experience working with Customer Relationship Management software
