Diversified Sourcing Solutions seeks an Inside Sales / Customer Service Representative in North Houston. The ideal candidate should have the following skills :
Familiarity with part numbers : The candidate should be able to learn and memorize part numbers to identify products accurately.
Product labeling and shipment : The candidate should be able to label products and shipments correctly to ensure timely delivery.
Purchase orders : The candidate should be able to create and manage purchase orders to ensure that the company has the necessary inventory.
Bill of Lading : The candidate should be able to prepare and maintain bills of lading to ensure that the correct products are shipped to the correct customers.
Freight scheduling : The candidate should be able to schedule freight pickups and deliveries to ensure that products are delivered on time.
Computer proficiency : The candidate should be proficient in using computers to manage inventory, create reports, and communicate with customers.
