We are seeking a Delivery Driver to join our team!
You will pick up and transport goods from a shop, business, or facility to a customer's address. You will use navigation tools to find the correct address and follow a route to deliver the goods.
You will follow a specified schedule and identify the most efficient routes to avoid delays, as well as conduct regular vehicle check-ups and maintenance to keep company vehicles in good working condition.
Responsibilities :
- Drive company vehicles safely and courteously and adhere to traffic rules
- Deliver products to customer locations in a timely manner
- Load and unload vehicle safely
- Inspect and monitor delivery vehicle(s)
- Maintain accurate records and inventory of packages and materials
- Use various technologies, including GPS for route planning, digital logs, and delivery tracking systems
Qualifications & Skills :
- FL driver's license
- Clean driving record
- Experience driving trucks and pulling trailers
- Strong interpersonal skills, including verbal communication and conflict resolution
- Ability to handle moderate to extreme physical workload
- A mindset for organization and attention to details
- Previous delivery or customer service experience
- Familiarity with SWFL
