Duties :
- Successfully provisions and delivers products to customers
- Focused attention and analysis on customer requests to ensure fulfillment and responses are accurate and supportable
- Identify ways to improve processes and effectively provide the best customer experience
- Write and execute test plans (manual and automated) and analyze results
- Report bugs and work with development team on resolution
- Triage issues and analyze to determine next steps
- Break Epics down into smaller requirements in a user story format.
- Participate with IT in design sessions to build out product.
- Groom backlog by adding, editing and removing user stories, as well as setting priorities and tracking progress.
- Participate in scrum calls as product owner and SME.
- Build strong relationships with business partners and stakeholders
What you need to succeed
- 3+ years of relevant professional experience, working with engineering and business stakeholders
- Strong business process analysis skills
- Excellent communication and time management
- Ability to think and execute in a fast-paced environment
- Detailed oriented and thorough
- Be a self-starter that thrives on asking thoughtful questions and connecting the dots
- Working knowledge of standard software applications (PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Acrobat)
Nice to have skills :
- Experience with Visio, Atlassian Confluence and Jira a plus
- Experience with Product and Pricing definition, SAP, and Quote to Cash processes a plus
- Ability to deal with ambiguity.
- Knowledgeable about the subscription business model
