Job Description
- Formulate, update, and present diverse reports and evaluations, encompassing sales, production, and pricing aspects.
- Oversee the management of inventories for finished goods, raw materials, and spare parts, involving reconciling material variances, conducting weekly / monthly counts, and overseeing annual physical inventory.
- Monitor and report on productivity, analyze capacity, and conduct studies on capital expenditures.
- Collaborate with Production and Quality teams to establish and manage Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
- Deliver monthly board presentations and actively participate in budgeting, forecasting, and quarterly financial projections.
- Provide support to operational management and various key departments within the organization.
- Engage in financial modeling activities to enhance strategic decision-making.
- Aid purchasing personnel through initiatives like identifying process improvements, demand planning, and participating in contract negotiations.
- Execute monthly bank reconciliations, commission reporting, and sales reporting, while also managing weekly cash forecasting.
- Facilitate weekly cash ACH payments and conduct monthly bank reconciliations.
- Undertake ad hoc reporting and contribute to special projects as required.

The Successful Applicant
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, Operations, or Supply Chain
- 3+ years of accounting experience
- Manufacturing industry or relevant industry
- Inventory analysis a huge plus
- Experience in Job Costing & Pricing
- Strong verbal and written communication
- Excellent analytical skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel)
- Strong business partnering and communication skills
- Attention to detail with a focus on results
- Working knowledge of ERP systems
