Our client, a well-known entertainment company, is looking for a Product Manager to join their team for a 10-month contract.
This hybrid position is based in Orlando and will require working onsite two days a week.
Responsibilities :
- Maintain strategic partnerships and serve as a key product advisor for the PPM Tool.
- Define product vision by working backwards from customer needs.
- Manage feature development and defect backlog daily to align with strategic priorities.
- Attend daily scrums to prioritize tasks and remove roadblocks.
- Support cross-functional teams to ensure clear understanding of scope.
- Communicate strategic changes or priority shifts to cross-functional teams.
- Collaborate with various groups (process, Agile coaching, organizational change management, portfolio management, finance, etc.
to build and manage scope expectations
- Translate strategy into prioritized epics and user stories, ensuring proper delivery.
- Help leadership translate product vision into presentations for executives and partners.
- Use presentation tools to continuously share the product vision with delivery partners.
Required Qualifications :
- 3+ years of digital Product Management experience
- Knowledge of JIRA & Confluence
- Experience with Acceptance Criteria and User Story Creation
- Agile Project Management experience
- Effective Communication and Supportive Collaboration
- Live Ops Management
- Prioritization and Backlog Management
- Bachelor's Degree in Comp. Science or Equivalent
- Bonus : Food & beverage / hospitality experience
