Qualifications
Required Qualifications
- LPN credentialed from the Kentucky Board of Nursing obtained prior to hire date.
- BLS required from American Heart Association.
- Completion of an LPN program at an accredited school of nursing
- Ability to complete Crisis Prevention Intervention (CPI) training and successful completion during new hire orientation.
