Responsibilities Provide overall administrative support to the national proposal development process Working closely with the Managers / Sellers to assist on all matter relating proposal preparation and submissions Prepare the proposal work plan, and collect and organize proposal content, with the ultimate goal of producing well-organized and comprehensive proposals that are based on client-defined requirements Coordinate with other staff to obtain and update resumes and project descriptions;
locating relevant materials on the corporate marketing database and through other means of research; formatting, editing, and non-technical writing including drafting letters and emails to clients, partners and organizations etc.
Preparation of presentation material, upon request Proposal / Qualification / Presentation Process Management File copies of completed proposal documents in the proposal folder Manage the proposal closeout process.
This includes ensuring all required EMS forms are completed and stored electronically and in paper format. Update and enhance Proposal Content Library, so that each proposal enhances company ability to produce better content on a continuous basis Input and update information into Customer Relationship Management (CRM) Generate regular accountability and progress reports (Weekly) from the company CRM system, based on raw targets, qualification, leads, sales activity, proposals generated, win rate, etc.
Miscellaneous Duties Assists in compilation of documents, copying, binding, and packaging, preparing mailing labels, and other tasks in support of proposal activities Maintain proposal database, with expiration dates, follow-up actions, etc.
Capture feedback from staff and sales / marketing leadership and communicate to President Coordinate travel plans, hotel booking etc.
during the absence of Team Administrator Qualifications Requirements Five (5) years experience as a Sales / Marketing Support Manager Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite of programs (i.
e., Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).Experience with an established CRM Program (e.g. Insightly) Experience with deadline-oriented tasks with short time frames.
Willingness and ability to work overtime and occasionally erratic hours if necessary. Able to multi-task and set priorities based on deadlines.
Must have the flexibility to meet the challenges of fluctuating workloads and multiple assignments with tight deadlines that may require non-standard work hours.
Detail oriented and thorough. Self-starter able to identify problems and devise solutions to accomplish departmental goals.
Able to shift priorities on short notice; flexible. Able to build effective relationships with the team and others - Team player.
Able to communicate effectively with managers who work across the nation in de-centralized profit centers, as well as national account sales and marketing leaders A strong work ethic is essential.

Compensation and Benefits Full-time position, available immediately. Work location based in New Jersey. Compensation based on experience and skill set - - Expected to be in $58,000-$72,000 per year.
