Responsibilities

• Provide trauma-informed mental health services to children and youth.
• Conduct assessments, counseling sessions, crisis intervention, and facilitate family reunification services.
• Maintain an active caseload and participate in discharge planning.
• Ensure the well-being and safety of unaccompanied minors.
• Engage in Continuous Quality Improvement (CQI) processes.
• Adhere to organizational policies and procedures.
• Demonstrate flexibility in working hours and willingness to travel.
• Maintain proficiency in English / Spanish and technology.

Minimum Requirements

• Master's degree in social work with clinical experience or bachelor’s degree with 5 years of clinical employment.
• Licensure or eligibility for licensure.
• Willingness to work flexible hours
• Valid driver’s license, vehicle in good working order, and insurance.
• Fluency in English / Spanish and proficiency in technology.
