Responsibilities
- Provide trauma-informed mental health services to children and youth.
- Conduct assessments, counseling sessions, crisis intervention, and facilitate family reunification services.
- Maintain an active caseload and participate in discharge planning.
- Ensure the well-being and safety of unaccompanied minors.
- Engage in Continuous Quality Improvement (CQI) processes.
- Adhere to organizational policies and procedures.
- Demonstrate flexibility in working hours and willingness to travel.
- Maintain proficiency in English / Spanish and technology.
Minimum Requirements
- Master's degree in social work with clinical experience or bachelor’s degree with 5 years of clinical employment.
- Licensure or eligibility for licensure.
- Willingness to work flexible hours
- Valid driver’s license, vehicle in good working order, and insurance.
- Fluency in English / Spanish and proficiency in technology.
