Job Description :
Overview and Values :
To oversee and implement the marketing strategy of Lincoln Heights Christian Church, helping to create an environment on-campus and on-line that will help people see the value being led to Jesus, loved into community, and launched into making a difference.
This person must love Jesus, and love people. This person must be gifted in the areas of web-design, social-media, graphics, photography / videography, and be able to create marketing-pieces such as-(but not limited to)-banners, bulletins, and stall-readers.
This person must be a team-player, and must be a recruiter , able to identify potential volunteers, invite them, train them, and release them to serve.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to :
Website :
1. Update / edit our website on a weekly basis.
2. Able to create new pages on our website if needed.
Social Media :
1. Instagram, YouTube, and Facebook. (We would like to expand to other platforms as well).
2. This person would oversee (and create) the posting on each platform multiple times a
week and the designing of those posts / videos for each platform.
Graphics :
1. Create Sermon Series Graphics.
2. Create All-Church Event Graphics.
Photos & Videos :
1. Take photos on Sunday mornings to use for the website, graphics, & social media.
2. Create Promotional Videos for special events like Baptism Sunday .
Bulletins / Banners / Stall-Readers :
1. Create a weekly bulletin that will be distributed to our people once a week.
2. Create banners for sermons series, events, and directional signage.
3. Create stall-readers at least once a month, but no more than twice a month.
Hours Required :
hrs / wk Sunday-Thursday
Expected to be on campus sunday mornings 8am-pm (this accounts for 4 hours)
Expected to attent weekly staff meetings (this accounts for 2 hours)
Expected to work remaining 6- hours on-campus, or off-campus with permission from the Lead Pastor
