A company is looking for a Game Designer to drive the development of new game experiences and design core features and systems.

Key Responsibilities

Develop product vision through player and competitor research, brainstorming, and concepting

Lead the design of core mechanics, systems, and progression for engaging gameplay

Document design specifications and collaborate with engineering to support feature implementation

Required Qualifications

5+ years of Game Design experience in mobile and free-to-play games, focusing on casual, puzzle, or strategy genres

1 phase of development

Deep knowledge of Mancala or similar turn-based strategy games

Proficiency with game design tools and software (e.g., Unity, Figma)

Strong analytical skills to interpret data and player feedback for informed decisions
