job_description.job_card.job_descriptionCertified CNA or PCA At least 6 months of caregiving experience (home care, assisted living, or hospital) Reliable transportation and valid driver's license Ability to lift, bend, and assist with physical tasks Compassionate, dependable, and respectful in all interactions Experience working with patients with chronic illness, cognitive decline, or in end-of-life care CPR certification Ability to communicate clearly with families and supervisory staff Pay range : $15-18 / hour (based on experience and client needs) Weekly pay Flexible scheduling (you choose your availability) Ongoing support and supervision Opportunity for long-term, stable assignments Assignment available in Flowery Branch, GA and nearby areas Weekday and weekend shifts available Both short shifts (2-4 hrs) and extended hours (6-12 hrs) Perfect for caregivers looking to build meaningful relationships with families
Responsibilities
- Assist with personal hygiene, including bathing, grooming, toileting, and dressing
- Provide meal preparation, light housekeeping, and medication reminders
- Support mobility and transfers, using gait belts or Hoyer lifts if trained
- Offer companionship and emotional support to the client and family
- Communicate any changes in condition to supervisor or nurse case manager
- Maintain a clean and safe home environment for the client
- Accurately document care tasks completed each shift
