About The Position

We are seeking a Medical Oncologist for a 96-week locum tenens assignment in Arkansas, starting Sep 8, 2025. The candidate will work Monday through Thursday from 8 AM to 5 PM, including night calls, ensuring comprehensive patient care in Medical Oncology.

Responsibilities and Duties

  • Provide comprehensive medical oncology care to patients.
  • Manage and oversee the treatment of patients with cancer.
  • Conduct assessments, diagnostics, and treatment planning.
  • Collaborate with a multi-disciplinary team to ensure the best patient outcomes.
  • Respond to emergencies and provide on-call support as needed.
  • Maintain accurate patient records using EMR systems such as eClinicalWorks and Meditech EHR.

  • Required Board Certifications : Medical Oncology
  • Must be licensed to practice in Arkansas
  • Certifications Needed : Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS), Basic Life Support (BLS)
