As the front-line advocate for Dive, you’ll identify and engage potential clients, craft personalized outreach strategies, and set the stage for impactful discovery calls.

Your Responsibilities

  • You target and engage companies in various engineering markets with precision and creativity, ensuring our outreach efforts resonate with potential clients.
  • You build strong relationships through personalized emails and one-on-one communication, engaging with multiple contacts within each company.
  • You generate high-quality leads through diverse acquisition channels, contributing to the expansion of our market footprint.
  • You craft compelling content for emails, voicemails, and introductory calls that capture attention and spark interest.
  • You utilize the latest tools to gather insights, maintain communication, and refine our approach.
  • You research company personas and simulation tools to qualify leads effectively, ensuring we’re targeting the right opportunities.

Your Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree (minimum; does not need to be technical)
  • 3+ years in a sales role, preferably in business development
  • Strong familiarity with sales methods and sales processes is essential
  • Passion for business development and early-stage sales
  • Experience in a business development role, preferably within a startup
  • Understanding of technical products is a plus
  • Proficiency in English is required; Spanish is a plus.
