Project Manager - Clean Transportation Team

Help drive change! ECLARO is looking for a Project Manager - Clean Transportation Team for our client in NY (Remote).

Responsibilities :
- Assist with client Fleet Electrification Planning (FEP) program.
- Review FEP applications, scope documents, and deliverables.
- Attend kickoff, scoping, and coordination meetings between school districts / fleets and FEP consultants.
- Assist with Client School Bus Incentive Program.
- Coordinate with school districts and school bus contractors as they consider and submit applications.
- Coordinate with Client support contractor managing applications, track applications.
- Update Client program rules as necessary and in response to industry trends.
- Other duties as required to contribute to the key outcomes of the Clean Transportation team.
Skills :
- Strong project management skills to be able to work on many projects at the same time.
- Ability to initiate, track, and manage multiple consultant contracts.
- Strong IT system fluency or ability to learn systems quickly.
- Ability to work collaboratively with internal team members to support a wide range of initiatives.
- Ability to interact with outside stakeholders, including local governments, transit agencies, and community based organizations.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to follow / set processes for managing many projects is essential.
- General understanding of clean transportation, shared mobility, transit, and / or electric mobility is preferred but not required.
- Experience in contract management would be helpful but is not required.
- Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM, preferred.
- Background knowledge of clean transportation deployments, utilities, or energy systems helpful but not required.
- Salesforce, NEIS, Microsoft Office, Asana
