POSITION TITLE : Campus Incident Response Team Agent
STATUS / HOURS : Part-Time Flex / W-2 Employee
POSITION OVERVIEW :
Crisis Incident Response Teams Agents operate as part of an advanced and comprehensive crisis prevention, intervention, and response team.
Daily efforts help to ensure the safety, protection, and well-being of client company employees, leadership, and customers.
This position requires a sophisticated construct producing a specially trained, highly skilled individual to meet the changing demands and threats in today’s world.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES :
- Perform onsite rapid deployment-ready low-visibility security response
- Manage a variety of crisis situations involving hostile actors, emotionally disturbed persons, mentally ill subjects, or criminal suspects.
- Provide immediate response to active shooter / active adversary
- Provide armed response to life threatening crimes in
- Utilize higher level tactical trauma care training to serve as first responder to medical incidents and emergencies.
- Conduct physical surveillance and surveillance detection
- Provide area reconnaissance and response during alarm
- Utilize situational awareness and threat recognition skills to achieve early detection of dangerous people or situations.
- Perform suspicious activity field
- Promote workplace safety and environmental risk mitigation through professional monitoring and employee assistance as required.
- Utilize specialized training in communicating with mentally ill or emotionally disturbed persons to manage, prevent, intervene in, or resolve high risk contacts.
- Provide hostile termination
- Conduct Person-of-Interest (POI) monitoring, tracking, management, and
- Provide special event security
- Conduct fire safety, bomb threat, and workforce evacuation
- Provide public safety / outside first responder support and on-scene
- Exhibit proper understanding of corporate protocol and
- Exhibit proper understanding and application of use-of-force
- Exercise de-escalation and conflict resolution skills as
- Perform routine and crisis communications as
- Perform job-related reporting and administrative tasks as
- Proactively assess and detect potential threats while remaining
- Provide timely and appropriately channeled
- Participate in CIRT training as
- Demonstrate responsibility for all equipment used in support of CIRT
- Other duties and special projects assigned to support client
DESIRED PERSONAL ATTRIBUTES :
- Excellent communication skills including fluency in English, both spoken and
- Possess and maintain defensive handgun
- Possess and maintain physical defensive tactics and subject control
- Works well independently and as part of a

COMPUTER KNOWLEDGE :
- Required Google Suite, MS Office proficient, Outlook, Word, Excel,
- Have a general understanding of common technology
- Ability to make rapid notifications via common communication
MINIMUM & DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS :
- Current HR218 or LEOSA
- Prior law enforcement, military, or comparable security
- Emergency, trauma, or medical training comparable to TECC, PHTLS,
- No criminal record or history of substance
- Ability to complete job-specific initial training and selection
- Possess a valid driver's
- Possess a foundational understanding of corporate security
- Possess local security officer license and / or be active peace
