Just a Dash is open for sandwiches, soups, salads, soft serve, meal kits, and catering. We are a tight knit small crew where everyone does everything as needed.
We are looking for someone with creativity, a fun personality, passion for food, and who loves to work. There is a lot passion for what we do in our little shop and we really want to add a team member who also loves to cook and feed people.
Our motto is everyone deserves good food so we go out of our way to keep prices low and deliver amazing product. Our menu is constantly changing so we are hoping for someone who is creative and likes to test the limits of food.
Hours-
Shifts vary each week but are usually 8-10 hours. Some days go longer but will be communicated and additional hours are optional.
We are pretty flexible with scheduling.

Monitor and maintain cleanliness, sanitation, and organization of all service and dining areas.

Qualifications
At least 21 years old
At least 2 years of kitchen prep experience
Able to follow instructions and recipes
Strong ability to multitask
Willingness to be a jack of all trades and jump in where needed
Proficient knife-skills
Able to maintain a clean and organized work environment
Must have an Oregon Food Handlers permit
Baking skills are a bonus!
Responsibilities
Prepare Sandwiches, Salads, Drinks, and Charcuterie Boxes
Food prep, cooking, and onsite catering duties
Dishwashing and Facility Cleaning
Ensure proper food-handling procedures, sanitation and cleanliness in kitchen
Maintain a high quality of presentation and flavor
Work Conditions
Stand and walk for extended periods of time. Fatigue mats are through out the kitchen.
Bend and stoop to grasp objects. Bend and twist neck and waist, reach above and below shoulders and squat.
Lift loads, not to exceed 50 pounds. Push and pull carts weighing up to 125 pounds
Repetitive use of hands for grasping, pushing, pulling, and fine manipulation
