You may work full-time at 32 hours / week or 40 hours / week, both are benefits eligible
Pay ranges from $83,200 - $89,440 for a 1.0 position.
Your full-time work arrangement, whether a .8 or a 1.0 position, in addition to other considerations, determines your salary
Saturday on-call phone rotation every 8 weeks bonus pay
Our highly skilled nurses spend between 30-45 minutes with each patient seeing anywhere from 4-6 patients a day (when working full time) performing catheter care, IV Infusion, wound care, ostomy, disease and medication management, etc.

You are assigned to a team with a Lead Nursewho will meet in-person and virtually with you :
For 1 : 1 guidance
To oversee your onboarding and
To be a resource for you and provide ongoing support

You will attend bi-weekly interdisciplinary meetings with colleagues in your territory to case manage, learn and problem-solve together

Full-time employees who work 40 hours / week earn about 18 paid days off each year, plus 6 paid holidays. An employee working 32 hours earns about 14 paid days off, plus paid holidays.

Experience :
1-3 years of Home Care experience
Required :
Graduate professional school of nursing; Associates Degree in Nursing.
Current State of Minnesota RN or BSN License in good standing.
Current CPR Certification for Health Care Providers
Valid Driver's License
