As a CNA / HHA, your primary focus will be to provide nursing care to our residents. If you have a strong passion for helping others, take pride in what you do and are looking for a great company who shares your vision, then this is the ideal opportunity for you!
PRINCIPLE DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Provide nursing aide care to our residents / patients in a home-like setting
- Interact with residents and families on a daily basis
- Utilize customer service skills to ensure that residents have an exceptional stay
EDUCATION / EXPERIENCE / LICENSURE - CERTIFICATION
- Valid CNA license or HHA certificate required
- Prior related experience preferred
- Proficiency at reading and understanding a Resident Care Service Plan or assignment (e.g., ADLs and introductory visits)
- Understands quality of care and life objectives
