Job Summary :
SEEKING LUXURY SERVICE WRITERS.......Jaguar Land Rover Columbia is seeking a motivated and customer-focused individual for the role of Service Advisor.
As a Service Advisor, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to our clients and maximizing sales opportunities through efficient and effective management of the service department.
This is a full-time, commission-only position in the auto industry located in Columbia, South Carolina. This is an individual contributor role, where you will work closely with the service team to ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction.
Compensation & Benefits :
This position offers a competitive salary range of $60,000 to $120,000 per year, paid semi-monthly. In addition to commission, we offer a comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, vision, and a 401k retirement plan.

Responsibilities :
- Greet and assist customers in a courteous and professional manner
- Understand customer needs and recommend appropriate services based on manufacturer guidelines
- Facilitate proper scheduling, communication, and follow-up of service appointments
- Manage the service department's daily operations, including parts ordering and inventory management
- Act as a liaison between customers and technicians to ensure accurate and timely completion of services
- Provide estimates and quotes for repairs and maintenance services
- Continuously maintain knowledge of automotive technology and updates from the manufacturer
- Ensure customer satisfaction and promote loyalty by resolving any concerns or issues promptly and effectively
- Meet and exceed sales targets and goals set by the dealership
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of vehicle services and repairs
- Comply with all safety and environmental regulations
- Other duties as assigned by management
Requirements :
- High school diploma or equivalent; some college coursework or degree preferred
- Previous experience in customer service or the automotive industry is preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong sales and negotiation skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Basic computer skills and the ability to learn new software systems
- Must be able to pass a background check and drug test
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
