As a Chiropractic Assistant, you will be responsible for providing therapeutic and reception support to ensure the efficient operation of the chiropractic office.
You will support doctors and patients through a variety of tasks related to patient care management, organization, and communication.
We are looking for an energetic, reliable, and organized assistant.
Responsibilities Include :
- Preparation of clinic.
- Answer phones, and route calls to appropriate personnel. Schedule appointments.
- Check patients in / out.
- Check and respond to voicemail and email regularly throughout the work shift
- Accurately Conduct physiotherapies and therapeutic exercises.
- Review the list of today’s patients and the next day’s list. Complete prior preparation activities as
required by the clinic.
- Determine and collect copays, deductibles, coinsurance, pre-payments, outstanding balances, and other service payments.
- Coordinate and schedule follow-up appointments.
- Take accurate patient vitals
- Provide basic information on clinical services and referrals.
- Reconcile cash and credit cards at the end of your shift.
- Interact with patients, staff, and visitors in a professional manner.
- Attend meetings and training sessions as required.
