Responsibilities :

• Consult with customers to determine their real estate requirements, then source properties that match those needs
• Serve as a negotiator between purchasers and prospective sellers
• Guide buyers in selecting financing solutions that fit their needs by linking them to a preferred lender
• Present offer(s) to sellers or seller's representatives
• Participate in open houses, networking events, team building, and training sessions to improve sales skills
• Network and market continually to generate new customers
• Cold call and prospect on a daily basis
• Enjoy teamwork but be able to work independently and display self-discipline
• Have a commitment to personal and professional growth
• Be devoted to following established processes and systems
• Be available for clients and accommodate their schedules
• Offer superior customer service to clients each day

Qualifications :

• An active Iowa Real Estate License is absolutely essential for this role

• Proficient computer skills are required, including the use of MS Outlook, word processing, and spreadsheets
• Professionalism and a polished appearance are essential
• Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities are a must
