Description : NanoTemper Technologies is seeking a highlydetailoriented and organized Data Entry Clerk to join our team.
Asa Data Entry Clerk you will play a critical role in ensuring theaccuracy and integrity of our data supporting our operations andbusiness decisions.
Your primary responsibility will be to enterdata into our computer systems maintain data quality and performvarious administrativetasks.
KeyResponsibilities :
Enter data into computer systems with high accuracy and efficiencyincluding but not limited to :
and nbsp; andnbsp; Well data production data and other oilfieldrelateddata
and nbsp; and nbsp; Employee data payrolldata and benefits information
and nbsp; andnbsp; Customer data invoices and payment records
Review and verify data for errors and inconsistencies takingcorrective action as needed
Maintain dataintegrity and perform data cleansing and validationtasks
Meet productivity and qualitystandards
Perform administrative tasks suchas :
and nbsp; and nbsp; Filing and scanningdocuments
and nbsp; and nbsp; Preparing reportsand spreadsheets
and nbsp; and nbsp; Providinggeneral administrative support to the team
Collaborate with colleagues to resolve data discrepancies andimprove data quality
Stay uptodate with changingdata entry procedures andguidelines
Requirements : High school diploma or equivalent required
12years of data entry experience preferred
Strongkeyboarding skills (60 wpm) and attention todetail
Proficiency in Microsoft Officeparticularly Excel
Ability to work in afastpaced environment and meet deadlines
Strongorganizational and communication skills
Familiarity with oilfield operations and data entry software anasset
WorkingConditions :
Work isperformed in an office setting or Remotely
Mayrequire sitting for extended periods and using a computerterminal
Occasional overtime may be required tomeetdeadlines
